Cut & Crease Operative

We are recruiting for a cut and crease operative to work a permanent night shift on behalf of our client based in Elland, Halifax.

The Role:

• Setting and running Bobst or similar machinery.
• Finishing carton production to the highest standards.
• Producing and reviewing products against the prescribed quality standards/specification supplied.
• Maintenance and general housekeeping of the equipment.
• Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• You should possess the following skills, qualifications and/or experience:
• Cut and crease experience ideally with embossing and de-bossing.
• Preferably have experience of using a Bobst machine.
• The ability to work well in a team of production operatives.
• Be used to dealing with high end added value packaging.
• Have a conscientious and enthusiastic manner with a can-do approach.
• The ideal candidate will possess general computer skills.

You will be working a night shift, Monday - Wednesday 22:15-05:45 and Thursday 22:15-04:15 - 28.5 hours per week.
